Many potential problems led to projects delay & direct loss. Lot of methods applied, but main activities need to be monitored effectively. Practical solutions provided for some phases like Site staff coordination, concrete casting & ceramic delivered on time. Those repeated in construction without forgetting project size variability. The measurable characteristic will be amount of cost saving, as result of practical approach application.
