Nowadays many companies throughout the world obtain production chemicals from the chemical suppliers as a Bulk Chemical Delivery System (BCDS), which is delivered to production facilities via special containers. The Bulk Chemical Delivery System incorporates an automation-based control system. This flexible control system, coupled with one of the many standard chemical delivery panels, provides a complete liquid chemical delivery system.
Despite the fact that ADNOC group of companies are considered one of the greatest companies at Oil & Gas sector worldwide, still they are using an older method for delivering production chemicals to their sites and facilities.
This research will focus on one production chimerical process called “Corrosion Inhibitor for Gas Wells” at ADCO Company which is one of ADNOC group of companies, and it will highlight the advantages of using the chemical Bulk delivery system on the health, safety, environment and cost.
