A leading cluster manufacturing plant consists of 11 sub apparel plants which are functioning at different levels due to several factors such as location of the plant, product type, customer type, no of workers etc. Annually performance comparison has been carried out among all 11 plants to select the best performed plant. However, some plants have been evaluated unfair as the method used by the company doesn’t take all different factors into account. This study has selected some important parameters which directly influence to company performance and the ranking of the company is done by using AHP and DEA
