Understanding all the factors that influence employee performance is important because those factors will be enhanced by the government to improve performance of the workers at any organization. In Jazan, Saudi Arabia, private companies and government corporations play an important role key. To determine the factors that influence an employee’s performance in Steel factory, Saudi Arabia, was my main purpose of this paper and research. There was a relationship between development and improvement of the organizations and employees in recent years; this relationship was shown by a research. It is very essential to increase the productivity and profit in the industries which provide services both individuals and groups. To collect data regarding numerous factors that affect employee performance, a survey questionnaire was designed in this regard.
To support or reject the proposal or propositions in research, the data was collected statistically and analyzed statistically. The study indicates six factors, which were workplace environment, organizational structure, and others factors like knowledge, skills, reward, and attitude, hence there were several factors which mostly influenced the employee performance.
Using an explanatory case study, which examined the factors that influence employee performance of Steel factory, Saudi Arabia, a plain and simple size of 258 workers was used by this study. Therefore, for other studies determining factors that influence employee power, the study and research suggested recommendations in order to obtain precise conclusions, on this particular subject, a large sample size should be used.
