Interest in the issue of traceability in animal feed industry is a consequence of the accentuation of food crises in recent years have pushed more and more the various stakeholders to develop a traceability system, facilitating risk management at the production units. Food safety relies particularly on product traceability throughout the food chain. It is an instrument currently under development oriented to reassure consumers. This article aims to assess the level of application of this system in various businesses industry in Morocco. It appears from this study that the level of control is satisfactory for large firms; there is a large gap between large and small units at the level of implementation of HACCP and the level of traceability.
