The purchasing supply management (PSM) function is a strategic function within all industrial companies; it plays an important role in the deployment of the sustainable development approach in the company's supply chain (SC). In this paper we are interested in the implementation of an approach allowing the measurement of the performance of the PSM function in a leading company in Morocco that operates in the automotive sector. Our article is composed of five parts. The first shows the interest of the study. The second presents the review of the literature. The third explains the problems. The fourth presents the proposed approach. And we conclude with a conclusion.
