Providing timely and equitable access to vaccines against COVID-19 for all people in developing countries presents enormous struggles. Thus, the study aims to produce an alternative way of a system that can carry out the task efficiently, fast, reduce the time being exposed and keep everything in place, organized objectives, and for the government to convince people to be vaccinated and fully recover from the pandemic. The results show the massive difference between the two layouts; the current system by the government can only produce a total of 186 patients that got vaccinated, having an average of 162.42 minutes time in the system, and an average of 71.94 minutes of time in the operation. As for the proposal layout, obtaining a total of 3,110 patients that can be vaccinated having an average of 166.14 minutes time in the system, and obtaining an average of 48.90 minutes of time in operation, both having 8 full work hours. This can also be helpful and effective upon having enough health care workers, following the schedule and not delaying the whole process for the safety of everyone, this layout can be applicable to any facilities, having 23-27 health workers this number of patients being vaccinated per day of that facility is possible.
