Employment as a lecturer causes them to be tied the scope of duties related to teaching, learning, research, publishing, consulting, and administration. All of these scopes require varying workloads. Therefore, lecturers need to divide time for happiness in carrying out their duties. This study was conducted to measure the happiness of lecturers in Malaysian Public universities and find the main reasons or factors for happy lecturers in the workplace. In addition, the relationship between lecturer happiness factors and organizational factors needs to be studied in this study. A total of 30 lecturers from representatives of Malaysian public universities were randomly selected as study respondents. The findings of the study show that lecturers in Malaysian public universities are happy all the time in the workplace. Five factors have been identified that are related to lecturer happiness, workload, work environment, income, leadership, and job specifications. Next, this study also examines the different organizational factors of lecturer happiness. The results of this study can be used to be the happiness of lecturers in Malaysian public universities.
