This research discusses the modeling of coal terminal facility location determination. PT. X will change the coal distribution system by adding facilities between the supplier and the PLTU. Coal terminal functions as a means of blending coal before it is sent to the PLTU. Determination of the location is done by using a linear programming optimization approach to get a location with the aim of minimizing coal logistics costs and investment costs. This study considers 2-stage shipment, multi-product, long term horizon, and expansion of demand.
