This study reports on obstacles perceived by a sample of Arab end-users with regard to the use of a mobile government that is used in association with the egovernment gate. Open-ended interviews were conducted with a sample of 81 individuals in Kuwait. Findings reveal that participants faced problems related to access problem, complexity of navigation, lack of search engine, lack of convenience interactivity, poor interface design, inactive links/buttons, poorly system reliability, slow response time, and only one interface language. Findings have implication to advance mobile egovernment adoption and acceptance.
