This research was conducted on cement plant partnership in East Java to see how job rotation, motivation and job satisfaction factor influenced employee performance in cement plant partnership in East Java. This research is explanatory research. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling which is sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as sample, this is often done when the population is relatively small. The number of samples taken is as many as the existing population of 60 employees of cement factory partnership office in East Java. The method used a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the total employee of cement plant partnership office in East Java which amounts to 60 people. Data analysis using path analysis. The result of this research is the relation of independent variable Y2 (performance) with intervening variable Y1 (job satisfaction); the relationship of intervening variable Y1 (job satisfaction) with the dependent variable X1 (job rotation); Independent variable X2 (motivation) with dependent variable Y1 (job satisfaction) are all significant. The above statistical results illustrate that job rotation and motivation play an important role and a real influence on employee performance of cement factory partnership office in East Java.
