After conducting several tests using ½ inch diameter 18 gauge copper coil, different combination of batteries example A, AA, AAA & Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets of different strengths example N35, N40, N42, N45 and N48 etc. It was found that combination of 1/2 inch diameter 18 gauge copper coil & AAA Battery with Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet N48 of 4 magnets at each end gave the best results for the fastest train speed, as compare to 1, 2, 3, and 5 magnets when used at both the ends of the battery.
