The focus of this research is on a problem with worker shift scheduling at a restaurant in Jeddah. This research aims to reduce the waiting time by respecting the processing time, restaurant policies and increasing workers' productivity. The team utilized the Enterprise Design Methodology to attain the goal. A questionnaire was used to begin gathering data for the team. The data was obtained, and the team examined it using a variety of methodologies, including the fishbone diagram. The development of a simulation model was the following stage. The model was used to incorporate the problem and offer the best option for achieving the aim. The team was able to boost the savings by devolving the model and implementing the new strategy.
