Entrepreneurs have developed in line with the progress of the times so that they change the way people view their environment. Currently, the challenges of small business are increasingly complex and must continue to exist. The emergence of sociopreneurship is to overcome social problems that arise in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the extent of the application of sociopreneur and how it impacts on business sustainability for partners and target women's groups. This research was conducted on a group of women in Dfanda Rattan, Lumajang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Using an ethnographic approach with field data obtained from observation, participation, and interviews. The results of the study show that the process of the emergence of sociopreneurs can occur because of a small business environment. Another factor that drives a sociopreneur is the driving environment. Universities as consultant partners are able to provide encouragement to entrepreneurs so that they can take action after jointly conducting a study of the business environment itself.
