In the recent years it has been presenting an important increment in patients with hip fracture being this one, one of the major complications within geriatric population; the high impact on mortality and quality life of people make of this lesion a public health problem. Therefore, it was decided to make an interdisciplinary research where giving priority to the support area and involving logistic, with the objective of studying the necessary process for the early intervention on patients reducing the complications caused by delays. The contribution of logistic should contribute on the process, to make them more efficient with the objective of reduce the patient risk index. (Reduce the mortality and relapse), reduce the unnecessary expenses (hospital stay), rotation of beds (more capacity), among others.
