In the present complicated and hard world, the managers' decision-making process, which is the most important and the most impressive tool to improve the performance of an organization, has regarded information as the main factor in the process.Large organizations are doing hundreds or even thousands of simultaneous projects to create products or provide services that shape their future.The pressure for accomplishing the project on time and according the budget and the competitors who present Specific tactics at any time, lead organizations towards development and implementation of project management processes.They have been changing from pragmatic and traditional structures to project oriented organizations in the environment that projects have limited and joint resources.They expect a quick return on investment from their projects to promote the benefit of shareholders.The present study attempted to determine the effect of four factors (management method ,involvement of employees, salary and work environment) in the implementation of project management system in project Oriented organizations (it is a case study in one of electrical distribution companies).After analyzing the collected data, it was found that four mentioned factors were lower than the average level, and some solutions were presented to enhance the factors for implementation of project management system.
