Query 1: The subject of the study is very appealing and contributionary.The title chosen for the paper is appropriate. The literature references are not adequate. There are not any necessary descriptions for all figures and tables Conclusion does not bring out the main points of the paper. The research contribution is good, methods are complete and innovationary but the main problem is related to the way of presenting the results and conclusion. I suggest the authors to reconsider the designing of the poster and try to clarify the result and conclusion sections.

Abstract
Due to pressing demand for quality of care and maximize the patient satisfaction, traditional scheduling may not cater the needs of patients accessibility by mitigating the patient tardiness and social effects. This paper addresses, patient appointment scheduling problem in a radiology department in Southern India, as a case study. Due to partial precedence constraints between different modalities, the problem is formulated as a static, multi-stage/multi-server system and a mixed integer linear programming model is proposed. A social network analysis (SNA) based approach is proposed to examine the relationship between identified modalities and their influence with different examination type is presented. An evolutionary algorithm based multi-objective non dominated sorting genetic algorithm (BBGA) is developed for solving the problem and response surface methodology is adopted to optimize the BBGA parameters. Based on empirical data collected from the radiology department, comparisons between the present condition of the department and the achieved results from proposed approach is performed through discrete event simulation model integrated with an evolutionary algorithm. The results indicate that the proposed approach have proved its effectiveness on the system performance by reducing the average total completion time of the system by 5% and 38% in patients waiting time.
