Small Medium Enterprises plays an important role in the contribution of economic development and its employees are seen as the asset that realizes the contribution .The objective of this paper is to construct a theoretical framework and examine the relationship between the human resource practices that affects the organizational commitment towards the retention of employees in Malaysia.
