Global competitiveness and technological advances encourage the company to be able to respond market changing patterns quickly. Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the business sectors that have an important role in the economy of the country. SMEs contribute to the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and reduce the number of unemployment. The supply chain is the business activities ranging from the arrival of materials from suppliers and then processed into semi-finished products or finished products until the product reaches the final consumer. Research on supply chain coordination on the SMEs sector have gained public attention because of the relevance is important for product availability from upstream to downstream. This research aims to design a business application prototype using Adobe IR (Integrated Runtime) to facilitate the SMEs in the process of SCM. The use of information technology (IT) is considered as a prerequisite for effective control of complex supply chains today. With the application of an integrated database, the data flow and processing of the data in some parts of the business sector is expected to be faster and to increase company's productivity through optimization of the time, location, and quantity of material flow. So that SMEs as one of the pillars of the national economy was also able to increase their competitiveness in the global market.
