SMEs are beginning to realize that today's consumers want the company to provide cheap, quality products, and quick response. To be able to meet the wishes of the company's consumers must be able to make improvements. In the process of improvement, UMKM faces some interference from internal and external company. Disorders from internal companies can be a disruption of the manufacturing process, financial disturbances, and disruptions caused by inappropriate products. External distractions may arise from the environment, demand, supply, information and logistics. To survive, MSMEs must establish the right strategy to keep their business running and growing. SMEs can be more developed with risk sharing strategies. This study measures the relationship between risk factors and risk sharing information. This research uses quantitative method with PLS software for data processing. Population in this research is all existing SMEs in Bandung city of West Java.
