The implementation of quality, environment, and OH&S management system in Republic of Indonesia related to construction project practice is based on the regulation that has been issued by the government of the Republic of Indonesia. A system audit is necessary to ensure that processes and requirements of the management system are properly and efficiently implemented in the organization. To optimize the cost and time better to have an integrated audit, because auditing different management systems for the same process proved complicated. This research aims to identify the success factors / clauses / scope required in developing audit integration and develop audit integration for quality, environment and OH&S management systems in construction projects. This research uses survey research strategy of respondents and case study.
