A project is an unrepeated activity that take place only once in a life time and it is expected of bidders to apply for such activities with an aim of completing these projects and making profit. Profit cannot be made with waste faced in the construction environment which this study reveals how outsourcing supply chain and logistics within the construction will eliminate waste and improve productivity. The environment of construction is so unbalanced that it is considered as a men’s environment with minimum women participating in activities, which outsourcing aims to promote women empowerment and the youth as they are future directors of the country. The plan is to study and use qualitative study method that will be conducted through a secondary data analyses which is by achieved data and journals that have been published within the last 20 years, comparing them to present operation activities and recommending results for future references.
