The existence of ISO 9001: 2008 standards for the reality of business processes in universities, aims to increase the quality of the Internal Quality Assurance System, so that Stake Holders get satisfaction with the services provided. Application Approach Document Management Control on business realities of processes in Higher Education can optimize performance in academic and non-academic units at Narotama University. The Document Management Control application is expected to later be used by various parties, namely academic and non-academic units in improving their performance, in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 Based on IWA 2: 2007 Standards.

The purpose of using Document Management Control, in general is to get timely reports, ease of operation, maintenance and the possibility of being upgradeable and expandable (easily adapted to the development and needs of the College). The use of computer technology that implements proper design, implementation and operation, both in terms of hardware, software and brainware, will easily be able to adjust the standards of world needs for Higher Education, both nationally and internationally.
