Abstract
QR code solutions have attracted attention from literature initially as topic focus on post-pandemic reactive behavior. However, despite the QR code FinTech potential, practicality, risks, and issues are proof of lack of knowledge. In this context, the review aims to develop a systematic understanding of the QR Code Solutions adoption by identifying the phenomenon underlying concepts, contextualizing them, and synthesizing the current up-due date relevant body of knowledge and further providing a discussion about theoretical framework for future research. Data collection method is systematic literature review, as secondary data source to determine how merchants perceived the QR code solutions and whether QRS adoption affects restaurants. Through a two stages systematic literature review, the topic was analyzed. Integrative findings reviewed the undeveloped literature of topic phenomenon and revealed the key concepts for QRS as utilitarian benefits, trust, ease of use, business usefulness, convenience, or perceived risk. Finaly, the study contributes by integrating and aggregating relevant literature into generative theoretical framework.
