The researchers extracted data from various research journals, articles, and newspapers. This study presents an analysis of the impact on employee engagement due to Covid-19 in India and measures taken by many companies or industries in the field of healthcare and wellbeing. This research answers questions like how many industry sectors or companies have implemented employee engagement initiatives and how many employee engagement initiatives have been taken towards healthcare and wellbeing of the employees during the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
