Employees act as the business' bloodstream, whereby the performance of its employees determines the success and failure of a business. Hence, it is important to understand how to improve employee performance. This study examines how transformational leadership and organizational support influence employee performance. It focuses on the importance of work engagement and job autonomy as the moderator. Partial least square regression was used to evaluate data from 172 employees. The result shows that work engagement has a full mediation impact on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. It also indicates that job autonomy fully mediates the relationship between organizational support and employee performance. The study seeks to inform managers on why and how employees perform under certain circumstances.To create a more comprehensive
