The current COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on all sectors, including the manufacturing sector. The decline caused by this pandemic has eroded the utilization of industries, including the electronics industry. The many challenges that the electronics manufacturing sector has to face in the supply chain due to the COVID-19 pandemic raises questions regarding the ability to operate manufacturing during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze which process elements in the electronics manufacturing supply chain were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic using the SCOR and BMW integration method (Best Worth Method). By using the SCOR framework, a total of 43 indicators have been identified with a distribution of 6 indicators in the Plan process, 6 indicators in the Source process, 4 indicators in the Make process, 9 indicators in the Deliver process, 9 indicators in the Return process, and 9 indicators in the Enabler process. The next indicator was validated through expert judgment using the Best Worth Method (BWM) with the results of the assessment classified as consistent. The final result concluded that there were 18 process elements in the electronics manufacturing supply chain that were affected during the COVID-19 pandemic.
