Biography

ME6 (Lt Col equivalent) David Bey works in the office of the Chief of Air Force (CAF), helping CAF to redesign HQ-RSAF for the future and enact structural change to provide organizational focus on future-relevant areas. Besides creating a new digital department called RAiD, he has helped reimagine the Training department into one that delves into Human Performance Sciences, Experimentation and Data-based optimisation. ME6 David Bey is a Mechanical Engineer by training and holds Masters degrees in Systems Engineering from Cranfield University, UK; Defence Technology and Systems from the National University of Singapore, and Operational Art and Science from Air University, Maxwell AFB. He is currently writing his dissertation to complete his Doctorate in Innovation at the Singapore Management University. In his spare time, David plays golf, various musical instruments, and also learns Japanese on Duolingo
