Biography

Terry Hagen is Jacobs COO and the Aerospace, Technology, Environmental and Nuclear Business President. He has responsibility +14,000 employees and +$4.5B in annual revenue. He also oversees several corporate teams, including Federal Government Relations, International Relations, Information Technology, and a newly created function to address growing demand for advanced, technology-driven solutions that differentiate Jacobs within the industry. Mr. Hagen joined Jacobs in 1987 and has worked in a number of the company’s various market sectors in both senior operational and sales roles. Most recently, he was the Executive VP, Global Sales and Marketing. Mr. Hagen is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a BS in civil engineering.
