Biography

Mr. Okada joined Kajima Corporation in 1986, and started construction project management of ordinary buildings in the city of Tokyo. From 2001, he engaged in construction for seismic isolation building at the Kashiwazaki Kariwa nuclear power plant site of TEPCO. After Fukushima accident of 2011, he was transferred to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power plant site of TEPCO and engaged in construction of the cover structure for the spent fuel removal of the unit 3 as a site director. Currently he is a general site director of Kajima Corporation at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power plant site.
