Biography
Mizutani entered MHI in 1990 and had been involved in the designing of heavy components of LWR plants then the projects of exporting major components such as steam generators to overseas. Since 2015, he has been engaged in D&D projects being implemented in Japan, including Fukushima stabilization projects.
