Biography

For over 25 years, Mr. Selig has worked with radioactive material licensees to identify a solution to the LLRW issue. In 1994, with Mr. Selig named as its General Manager, the Advocates for Responsible Disposal in Texas (ARDT) was established to support the State of Texas' efforts to establish a system to manage and provide permanent disposal of LLRW. ARDT’s goals include: provide information about the need for and merits of a system for managing LLRW and developing a facility for permanent disposal; provide a forum through which the advocates of such a system and facility can demonstrate their support.
