Biography

I am a veteran senior manager with extensive experience in project and program management and specific detailed experience in environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, radiological remediation, inspection and enforcement, and packaging and transportation of radioactive materials and radioactive waste. Expertise also includes communications and stakeholder engagement on issues related to D&D, radioactive materials packaging and transport, and other radiation safety. I currently manage technical support contractor for the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) Carlsbad Field Office (CBFO), providing technical support for the oversight of quality assurance, waste characterization, transuranic (TRU) waste transportation, and environmental protection for the DOE Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP).
