Biography

Ms. Bingham is a strong advocate for increasing women and minority representation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines. With vast experience and expertise in various business, operations and human resources leadership positions, Ms. Bingham leads INL’s University Partnerships organization, which includes the following programs: joint appointments, interns, INL graduate fellows, postdoctoral assignees, international researchers, academic visitors, faculty researchers, employee education, and university workforce development. In addition, she has line management responsibility for ~450 interns and postdoctoral assignees. Ms. Bingham brings a diverse background and expertise in all facets of human resources and diversity; business management and administration; operations, contracts and communications disciplines.
