Biography

Mr. Gonzales began his career with the U.S. Department of Energy at the Albuquerque Operations Office in 1983. He became the Small Business Program Manager for the Albuquerque Operations Office in 1990. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. He is a Level III Certified Contract Specialist and is the Small Business Program Manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) located at the Albuquerque Complex. In his current role, Mr. Gonzales provide nationwide field oversight of NNSA’s Small Business Program on both the prime and subcontract level.
