Biography

Debra Sampson is the Small Business Liaison for Fluor Government Group. In this role, she develops subcontracting plans for Federal Agency contracts, and monitors the execution of these plans. Debra works closely with project teams ensuring small businesses receive equitable opportunity to compete to the maximum extent possible on federal contracts. Her “open door” policy provides all interested small businesses the opportunity to present their capabilities and experience to project teams. Her oversight has resulted in over $1.9 billion dollars awarded to small businesses during the last three years, which equates to 57% of all dollars awarded to U.S. companies.
