Biography

Mr. McCoy offer consulting services in the area of hazardous and radioactive waste management. He has over 40 years of industry experience supporting 5 DOE and 2 commercial nuclear sites in various waste management and nuclear operations activities. Assignments include Design Engineer, Transportation Manager, Director of Waste Programs, Plant Manager, and now Technical Advisor. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS and MS degree in Nuclear Engineering.
