Biography

Mr. Alvarez is an Executive Vice President with Battelle Energy Alliance, assigned to the Idaho National Laboratory as Deputy Laboratory Director for Management and Operations, and Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Laboratory and for operations management. He is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver technology research, development, demonstration and deployment. Mr. Alvarez has an MS in Industrial Engineering and a BSEd in Mathematics and Secondary Education.
