Biography

Rick Findlay is a Project Manager for Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc., contractor for the Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management in Grand Junction, Colorado. Mr. Findlay has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Illinois State University and has completed graduate level course work in Hydrogeology at Arizona State University. Mr. Findlay has 15-years’ experience performing and managing field activities at nuclear test sites and has been managing activities at the Central Nevada Test Area (CNTA) for the last 12-years. Responsibilities included implementing drilling programs, groundwater monitoring activities, and preparation of regulatory documents for the subsurface closure of CNTA.
