Biography

Dr. David Anthony is a research engineer at Southwest Research Institute in the Perception Systems Section. Dr. Anthony researches computer vision and machine learning for robotics, factory automation, and other applications. He also actively researches solutions for localization, navigation, and path planning for robots in challenging and unstructured environments. Dr. Anthony received his Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in Computer Engineering in 2016 where he researched wireless sensor networks and field robotics.
