Biography

Paula is the Director of Operations for Cogentus, a business delivering data analytics and business solutions. She has 30 years’ experience of large, complex programmes in the Private and Government sector covering both technical and managerial roles in the UK and US. She is experienced in program management, prioritization, front-end evaluation and data management. Paula has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and began her career in R&D at Sellafield (including encapsulation of ILW).
