Biography

Ms. Nottestad is the Environmental, Safety, Health, and Quality Risk Officer at the Idaho National Laboratory. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with more than 17 years of work experience and also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Ms. Nottestad provided comprehensive waste management support to the RHLLW disposal facility project during the construction and operational readiness phases including development of the RHLLW disposal facility Waste Acceptance Criteria in accordance with DOE STD-5002-2017 and DOE O 435.1 as well as development of WAC implementing procedures.
