Biography

Mr. Gulbransen brings 32 years of management, programmatic and project experience in nuclear waste management, engineering, and physics at eight Department of Energy sites and nine commercial nuclear power stations. For the last 24 years, he has managed the design, implementation and certification of transuranic, and mixed low-level waste characterization programs in compliance with federal and state regulations governing nuclear waste operations. Prior to his current position as the RH/CH TRU Programs Strategic Integration Deputy for Fluor Idaho, he spent five years managing the Central Characterization Program for the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant.
