Robert has more than 30 years’ experience in planning, feasibility studies, investigation and technical studies, litigation and claims support, preparation and implementation of work plans for a variety of industrial and commercial projects, environmental projects and civil engineering structures throughout the United States, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Columbia, Peru, Bangladesh, and Kazakhstan. Robert has a degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and studied construction management at UCLA. Robert was the Managing Principal of the Kuala Lumpur Office and Director, Southeast Asia operations for Geosyntec from 2002 to 2018 and was the project manager for the Asian Rare Earth decommissioning and disposal projects.
