Biography

Ralph Stoll is an engineer with over 45 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and project management. He is a founding partner and President of Predicus LLC for 12 years. He has been a venture partner for operations in a private equity investment company and he successfully completed a 27-year career in the United States Navy in the rank of Captain where he commanded three nuclear-powered submarines.
