Biography
Dr ShiZhong Lei was trained as a hydrologist. He has a PhD from Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario Canada. Dr Lei has been working with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and engaged with regulatory oversight and research activities of nuclear waste management and other aspects of nuclear fuel cycle for over 27 years.
