Biography

Dr. Ed “Doc” Parks joined the Office of Legacy Management in September 2010, as a Program Analyst in the Records Management program. He provided ongoing analytical support for records and information programs, policies, procedures, plans, cost, and operational analyses. He now serves as LM’s Deputy Director for Business Operations. Doc Parks has over 27 years of active-duty military service with the Air Force, serving a broad range of command and staff positions in nuclear operations policy, budgeting, training, and program management.
