Biography

Dr. Jeffrey Miller is a Senior Vice President with Oak Ridge Associated Universities, a non-profit consortium of more than 125 doctoral granting universities. He is ORAU’s program manager for safety and organizational culture studies in the nuclear industry. He also conducts occupational exposure and worker health studies, primarily of workers in the U.S. Department of Energy enterprise. He has a broad range of experience including 10 years with state and local public health agencies and 25 years working for private sector firms providing environment, safety, and health services to corporations and government agencies. He has a PhD in Public Health from the Univ. of Tennessee.
