His background in medical physics, psychology and computer science combine to create a unique vision to improve and streamline control systems. The result is a more compliant work culture through the reduction of operator burden and frustration. Simon has worked and implemented these approaches for; universities,waste management and environmental remediation projects, and for medical, research and nuclear facilities.
