Biography

Dr. Ozbek has more than fifteen years of consulting and academic experience in hydrogeological investigations and sustainable design. His technical expertise in hydrogeology, renewable energy, systems modeling and optimization, and uncertainty modeling brings a unique and interdisciplinary approach to environmental and energy projects. He has published his work and served as a reviewer for internationally renowned water resource and risk analysis journals. Dr. Ozbek holds a doctoral degree from the University of Vermont, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Bogazici University. He taught classes on the design of ground-source heat pump systems at Princeton University and non-probabilistic uncertainty measures at the University of Vermont.
